I want to express how much I enjoy coming to your spa. All it takes is for me to open the door and walk inside and I instantly feel the weight of the world come off my shoulders. That is because my body instantly knows what to expect for the next hour(s) based on all my past experiences with you.

The atmosphere at your spa (I want to say "home" instead of "spa" because I feel so at home) is always so welcoming and calming and cheerful! I always feel so valued and pampered and I always lose all sense of time while I'm with you. Every service that I've received has been done so very thoughtfully and professionally, and I really appreciate how well you communicate on what to expect for each service, your policies are your prices. That shows respect for your clients.

It makes me so happy to see that everyone who comes into your spa while I'm there is treated the same way - like we're all a part of the same family. I always leave with a smile on my face and a song in my heart.

I highly recommend going to New Beginnings if you want to do something special for yourself. Annie is a wonderful person who goes out of her way to make your experience at her spa extraordinary. Every treatment that I have had at New Beginnings has been fabulous. I get massages 1 to 2 times a month which are excellent. The facials and foot reflexology are beyond words. I am a true believer that we need to pamper ourselves because we deserve it and New Beginnings is the place to go for head to toe pampering.

Whether you live in the Granby area are not, check ou this spa. It is small and cozy. One on one attention. Ann is the most caring woman on the planet. She is a true healer. When you walk in the doe it is all about you, and she tells you that! Thank you Ann for a wonderful two days. I will be back soon but might bring Mom with me.
